DISNEY'S WAYWARD IDOLS

Disney’s Wayward Idols

All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.
-Walt Disney

Disney is a symbol of family values, good morals, and where dreams come true.
 Or is it?
Here’s a little something about some of Disney’s squeaky-clean little darlings:

Was it Britney Spears dream to go from mousekateer to sexpot psycho in rehab? I think not.

Lindsay Lohan was that sweet girl from movies like the Parent Trap and Freaky Friday. As a little girl, did she fancy the idea of seeing a jail cell from the inside?

Christina Aguilera's fantasy must have come true when she became an exhibitionist and posed nude.

Let’s not forget about Miley Cyrus and her alter ego Hannah Montanna. Did she aspire to being voted worst celebrety influence two years in a row?

How proud the people at Disney must feel for creating such well bred role models for our children.

Is Annette Funicello the only survivor of Disney stardom?

Why can’t the Disney stars keep their clothes on? I realize that these people are not children anymore and they need to grow up. To prove it, I grew up and avoided porn, drugs, and jail time. I just stole my parent’s car, picked up my friends and went shopping.
It seems to me that Disney has created one poison apple after another. They need to open a new theme park called Recovery Island and fix what they have broken. Rehab Mountain could be the main attraction. This is where you ride on a rollercoaster for days while a therapist delves into your self-destructive behavior and blames it on your parents. After this, you can go to the castle and play sex-addiction-dwarf-hop followed by This is Your Life with Charlie Sheen at the haunted house. At the end of your stay, there will be fireworks and a parade led by Mickey himself doing Daisy Duck.

Disney- The happiest place on earth.

  1. Following on Networked Blogs. Though you mentioned many stars who have left sideways out the Disney door, plenty of performers on a much lower level don't seem to be as affected. I'm not sure if I can pin the outbursts of a few on the Disney corporation but that's just me.

  10. Good laughs. I really like this. The should offer a Disney Rehab. I know there are plenty of smaller stars who have escaped the doomed "disney ending", but those are not the ones we hear about. The ones we do hear about are the ones that are children admire most. It really is a shame what happens. I do understand that children grow-up, that it is hard to lead a private life, but there is no reason to go overboard or publicly display these mishaps. Anyway, stopping in from the Sunday Buzz By. Please come visit.
    Cheers-

  16. I don't think it's possible for child stars to have normal lives... even small time stars like regional beauty pageant queens um Toddlers N Tiaras anyone? are gonna be super messed up when they grow up if they aren't already. Sad! I'm gonna let my kids be kids so they don't run around like pantiless, drunk and stoned idiots.
